Data collected

Only what you enter in the beta form (name, email address, organisation, profile, application of interest and any message) and the questions you ask the website's AI assistant. The website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tools and loads no external resources (the fonts are hosted with the website). Your conversation with the assistant is kept in your browser for as long as the tab stays open, so you can pick up where you left off; it disappears when you close it.

Purposes and legal basis

• Contacting you about the beta programme and the InSighter applications — based on your consent.
• Managing the relationship with beta participants — pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Answering questions asked to the AI assistant — based on our legitimate interest in informing you about our applications.

Recipients

Your data is processed only by the publisher and its technical processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting on servers located in Paris; company established in the United States), OVH SAS (email, France) and Odoo SA (customer relationship management software, Belgium). Questions asked to the AI assistant are sent, without your name or readable IP address, to Vercel Inc. (AI Gateway) and Anthropic PBC (AI model, United States), solely to generate the answer. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; Vercel is also certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Retention period

Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted. If you become a client, the retention rules of the contract apply. Questions asked to the AI assistant are not kept by InSighter; the technical providers may keep them briefly for the security of their service, under their own terms.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, object to its use, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@insighter.tech. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
