How do you ask IntSighter a question?
In plain language, in French, Dutch or English. The answer is calculated from the InSighter files you have access to.
How do you know where an answer comes from?
Each answer links to its sources, for example BizSighter's budget and actuals or FinSighter's financial plan, which you can open in their application.
What questions will you be able to ask?
For example: why is EBITDA below budget? Which risks exceed the risk appetite? How are the goals progressing? The agent then breaks down the figures and cites its sources.
Is IntSighter available?
Not yet: IntSighter is in preparation. You can be notified of its launch via the beta form.
Which agents will be available?
One agent per profession:

Will all the agents be visible?
Only those of the applications activated and shared for your file; the others remain greyed out.
How will IntSighter explain a variance?
It reads the budget and actuals, breaks the variance down item by item and draws on the explanations already entered. For example, EBITDA below budget explained by the gross margin rate and energy costs.
Will IntSighter be able to write reports?
It will prepare first drafts, for example the monthly summary or the ratio commentary, which the professional reviews and approves.
Will it be possible to compare periods or scenarios?
Yes: two financial years, two months or two scenarios, with the variances explained.
Which checks will IntSighter be able to automate?
Consistency checks on data, for example on a budget imported into BizSighter, and alerts when an indicator moves out of its range.
Will IntSighter be able to act on my behalf?
It prepares and suggests: recurring tasks, actions, drafts. Nothing is executed without your approval.
What will the agent be able to see?
Only what the user is allowed to see: a partner, a staff member and a business leader do not get the same answers. Data the user cannot access is never used.
Will questions be logged?
Yes, a log keeps the questions asked and the answers given, for control purposes.
Who will approve the proposed actions?
Always a person: no action is executed without human approval.
Will IntSighter need to be configured?
No: it is connected to existing files, reuses data already entered and will be available in every application.
Will IntSighter cost extra?
It will be included according to your subscription. Pricing has not been published yet.
