A deadline schedule brings together the legal and tax deadlines of all files, calculated from each client's year-end date and tax regime. Overdue items are highlighted, and each deadline is marked ‘filed’ as soon as it is submitted.
Through tasks attached to engagements, and a ‘My day’ view for each staff member: their tasks, their deadlines and messages from their clients.
Each person's workload over four weeks, against their capacity. In case of overload, FidSighter suggests reassigning tasks to a less busy colleague with the same role.
Each file has its risk level and its reviews. A review prepared by the team is only applied after approval by a partner: this is the four-eyes principle.
No, roles and permissions apply. For example, fees and profitability can be hidden from an assistant, and a client record becomes read-only outside a staff member's scope.
Yes: an audit trail and file versions keep the history of changes.
A single inbox will bring together emails, exchanges in client spaces and questions asked in BizSighter, with template replies, internal notes hidden from the client, and bulk mailings.

The firm at a glance:
FidSighter is not sold on its own: it is part of the firm licence, which also gives access to your client files in the other applications. Each client keeps their own subscription, and the link between the two is made file by file. Pricing has not been published yet.
Each file's achieved hourly rate is compared with the firm's target rate. For files below it, FidSighter suggests a fee revision and prepares the amendment task.
